Providence Park HOA is a small community of 167 townhouses in Vienna, Virginia, that was originally developed in 1997 by highly-regarded Van Metre Homes. The Providence Park HOA community features 3-level residences with brick exteriors and 1- or 2-car garages with about 2100 to 2300 square feet of living space. In addition to being only three blocks from the Dunn Loring Metro Station, these town-homes boast large interior spaces and dual car garages.
